All inspections are logged. What can be read out of the log is Who did an inspection. Was microphone activated to listen / speak. Anonymization was switched off and furniture scanning was checked. This log cannot be changed by anyone and is normally stored for 18 months and can be sendt by rwquest.
visit log - first step
The log contains the name and username of the Health Care Personnel, the name and username of the Service recipient, as well as the time the inspection was carried out.
visit log - Second step
By clicking on the LOG button on a carried out inspection, all details of this inspection can be seen.
Under Event log, events that are done in the administration page are stored, e.g. Create service recipient, Add owl etc.

The event log shows an overview of who has logged in to their part of the Nattugla portal. What is marked in green has been added. What is marked in red has been taken out. Neither Hepro nor Easymeeting will log in without your permission.
