Nattugla is developed and built by Easymeeting in Tromsø. The parts have been carefully selected to ensure the best possible security measures and a high level of user-friendliness. The video streaming is end-to-end encrypted and applies recommended regulations for informational security in the Health Service Industry.
And it is approved by the Norwegian Health Network as a third party software.
Nattugla functions on 4G, WiFi, and ethernet cable. The camera has a 120 degree angle which functions in both light and dark rooms. Nattugla use around 6-7W and 3.5W Unsupervised
Easymeeting has completed technical risk analysis of the Nattugla. All organisations must perform their own risk analysis before digital supervision can be taken into use. Our analysis can be used as a template for the organisation's own analysis. Request access from your contact person
There can be several reasons for this.
Have you removed the small black plastic cover on the Night Owl Camera?
Do you supervise from your work PC? Try to do an inspection by logging in to Nattugla in the browser, from your mobile (Disconnect from WiFi) If you manage to do an inspection here, the following ports must be opened in the firewall.
The PoE adapter must have a permanent light.
If there is a flashing light, there may be a fault with the power supply. Try a different cable from the power socket to the PoE adapter.
Yes, this is managed in Hepro Respons when the ex-caregiver has made a mark with a user. Or you can use a QR code that pauses Night Tugla for 30 or 60 minutes respectively. This can be done by visitors in the room.
